The freezer bowl must be completely frozen before you begin your recipe.
To prevent freezer burn, always ensure that hands are protected when removed the bowl from the freezer.
For best results always refrigerate the ingredients before making ice cream.
Do not puncture or heat the freezer bowl. Do not use metal utensils to remove mix from the bowl.
If the freezing solution appears to be leaking from the bowl, discontinue use. The freezing solution is non toxic.
Place freezer bowl in the back of freezer where it is coldest. To operate it any time for immediate use conveniently, leave bowl in the freezer at all time. Length of time needed to reach frozen state depends on freezer temperature. Generally after freezing time of about 8 hours at -18°C (-0.4℉), bowl is completely frozen without liquid moving under shaking.
Install mixing arm, lid and motor. Place lid on freezer bowl and rotate clockwise until tabs on lid lock in place on container. Turn on the electric ice cream maker churner. Use ice cream maker immediately as bowl will begin to defrost once it has been removed from freezer.
Pour recipe ingredients through the spout in time. Do not fill freezer bowl higher than 4cm from the top. Ingredients will increase in volume during freezing process. Let ice-cream maker churn for 20-35 minutes as it has thickened to a soft serve consistency. It depends on the recipe and the volume of the dessert or drink you are making. If you desire a firmer consistency, transfer the dessert or drink to an airtight container and store in the freezer for two or more hours.
